I was born and raised in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Growing up, I had a unique perspective of the world. I have done my Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering. I found a love for psychology and design during my sophomore year of college. Because, I was not enjoying writing lines and lines of code, instead of doing programming, I used to create minimalist posters and conceptual designs that put my observational and critical thinking skills in top gear and I would create visuals that make the viewer think about the moral and rationale behind it. Just after completing my bachelor’s in 2019, I joined a design agency UXTeam as UX/UI Designer. After working there for almost 3 years, I took admission in Indiana University as a graduate student in Human-Computer Interaction in 2022. My end goal is to explore and learn elementary principles of human perception and cognition to put these principles to the design, implementation, and evaluation of advanced systems of humans and technology.
